I’ve never seen a cool initiative like this before coming out of the porn industry so I felt I had to pass on this message I was sent by For The Girls. The site is dedicated to catering to the female sexual instincts though there’s a lot of hot stuff for dudes on there too and I’ve always thought this whole distinction between male and female porn was a bit silly.

Anyway the theme of the contest is The Female Gaze and it’s definitely political in it’s aim to create porn with the point of view resting at the female gender instead of the male. It’s easy to agree that the perspective and the creative decisions in shooting porn usually stems from a male perspective so I think it’ll be very exciting to see what gets produced in this contest.
